The “Verified by Personnas” seal means a former consular officer completed a manual verification file — identity, service history, and signed scope limits — before taking a single booking. Here is what we review, and what the seal does not promise.

The four criteria

    Verified consular credential

    We confirm the officer's identity and their service history in the U.S. Foreign Service against documentation, not claims, before their profile is published.

  2. 2

    Signed no-conflict attestation

    Each officer signs an attestation that their work on Personnas complies with the post-employment restrictions of 18 U.S.C. §207.

  3. 3

    Signed service-scope agreement

    The service is behavioral and educational coaching. Never legal advice. Never a promise of outcome. The officer signs this scope before taking bookings.

  4. 4

    Editorial review of public content

    Everything an officer publishes on Personnas — profile, bio, materials — passes editorial review before it goes live.

What the seal does not mean

  • It does not guarantee a visa approval or any other outcome.
  • It does not imply affiliation with the U.S. government or any consulate or embassy.
  • It is not legal advice and does not replace an immigration lawyer.

No complete file, no seal

The verification file is completed before an officer can be booked. If any of the four criteria is missing, the profile is not published and the officer does not appear on the platform.
